Intake infrastructure

Legal CRM and lead routing that fails honestly.

Move a qualified inquiry from the landing page into the right contact, opportunity, notification, and case-intake path without exposing credentials or silently dropping the record.

A successful form animation is not successful delivery.

A lead can be lost after the visitor presses submit: the payload may be incomplete, a custom field may reject the value, two systems may create duplicate opportunities, or a destination may be unavailable while the page still shows a thank-you message.

The operating approach

Design the delivery path as a controlled transaction.

01

Define one payload contract

Normalize contact fields, qualification answers, campaign context, readable intake summaries, consent records, and routing tags before any destination receives the record.

02

Validate on the server

Accept only the expected values, keep tokens out of the browser, and derive routing states from reviewed rules rather than trusting a client-side label.

03

Choose one system of record

Document which destination creates the contact or opportunity, which systems receive copies, and how duplicates and retries are handled.

04

Make failure recoverable

Return an actionable inline error, preserve a safe delivery record, and avoid showing success until the required destination has accepted the inquiry.

Make the decision trail visible.

  • Accepted, rejected, and retried deliveries
  • Duplicate and idempotent submissions
  • Missing or rejected field values
  • Destination latency and availability
  • Assignment and disposition coverage

What can be supported today

Case Growth Solutions’ source-documented work includes server-side GoHighLevel delivery, Lead Docket handoffs, approved webhook adapters, assignment identifiers, retry controls, and fail-closed production states. Client contact data and credentials are not published.

Scope before promises.

Does Case Growth Solutions require a specific CRM?
No. Case Growth Solutions has implemented GoHighLevel-centered paths and downstream case-intake handoffs, but the architecture starts with the firm’s current systems, field definitions, security model, and operating ownership.
What happens when the CRM is unavailable?
The exact recovery path depends on the approved architecture. At minimum, the public experience should not claim success when the required destination has failed. Safe retries, idempotency, and an operator-visible delivery state are defined before launch.

Build a growth system your firm can actually measure.

Start with a focused review of your market, acquisition channels, conversion path, intake process, and signed-case tracking. You will receive a clear diagnosis of the most important growth constraints, even when Case Growth Solutions is not the right partner to execute them.
