Implemented measures
The site uses semantic landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, logical headings, labeled controls, status messages, minimum touch targets, reduced-motion support, and native dialog and disclosure behavior.
Known limitations
Formal assistive-technology review is ongoing. Third-party scheduling or CRM experiences are not present in this build and must be reviewed before they are added.
Report a barrier
Use the public email route on the Contact page to report a website barrier without submitting business or case information. Current clients may also use their established Case Growth Solutions project contact.
Assessment
Automated checks support the QA process but do not replace keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, and human usability review. Results and remaining issues are maintained in the project QA report.
