Case Growth Solutions rebuilt a legal-lead marketplace experience in Next.js while preserving the source funnel and qualification logic, improving responsive behavior and accessibility, and making lead delivery fail closed when a production destination is unavailable.
The challenge
The handoff was part of the brief.
The rebuild had to preserve the working funnel and required disclosures while improving the system underneath it. Production delivery could not silently drop a lead, local QA could not create live certificates, and a browser content blocker could not be allowed to hide a required sponsor directory.

Case Growth Solutions separated the public experience, validated survey contract, production integrations, and compliance surfaces. Each layer has an explicit fallback or failure state instead of relying on a visually successful submit.

Server-validated qualification
Only allowed answer values are accepted by the lead API, preventing a client-side payload from defining its own qualification result.
Fail-closed production delivery
Production requires an approved GoHighLevel connection or webhook. Without one, the API returns an error instead of reporting success.
Compliance-aware rendering
Sponsor information is rendered server-side, consent-sensitive certification stays off in local QA, and privacy, terms, disclosures, and capture scripts are reviewable.
