Qualification-first landing experience

Contact details only after the claim context is understood.

For an Ontario fire-related property-claim campaign, Case Growth Solutions placed a concise qualification path directly in the landing-page hero, delayed contact collection until the visitor passed the operating criteria, and instrumented the journey without putting personal details into event telemetry.

The challenge

The handoff was part of the brief.

A broad lead form would have asked every visitor for contact details before establishing property type, ownership, location, timing, or claim status. Intake needed the context first, with a clear distinction between a standard-priority record, a high-priority record, and a decline.

ScopeLanding page · qualification · priority routing · CRM delivery · funnel telemetry

Case Growth Solutions made the first five interactions useful intake questions, collected contact information only after that sequence, and separated controlled-choice telemetry from the personal lead record.

What Case Growth Solutions built

01

Hero-integrated qualification

The page begins with a focused five-question path covering the operating criteria that determine whether contact details should be requested.

02

Priority states

Claim status can change the intake priority without changing the visitor into an invented legal conclusion.

03

Separated data layers

Funnel events store controlled choices and safe error codes; personal contact fields remain in the lead record and are not copied into general analytics events.

04

Operational visibility

The system can expose step views, abandon points, delivery status, and safe qualification dispositions to the Case Growth Intelligence layer.

System path

The record follows the inquiry.

  1. 01Paid visit
  2. 02Five-question context check
  3. 03Qualified or respectful decline
  4. 04Contact collection
  5. 05Server-side CRM delivery
  6. 06Funnel and delivery review

Operating safeguards

Reliability is visible in the failure states.

  • Disqualified visitors are not sent as qualified CRM leads
  • Contact details are requested after the context questions
  • Event telemetry excludes phone, email, and free-text narratives
  • Delivery credentials remain server-side
  • Submission errors use safe codes instead of leaking provider responses
